The Appellate Center is located within a short walk to the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA). We offer same day filing help for immigration practitioners. Please call us at 703-933-7689 to have your documents filed with the BIA.
Our standard filing fee is $100.00 (U.S. one hundred dollars).
We endeavor to honor all requests to preserve the appellate rights of your clients. We file all materials that can be submitted to the Board.
You can arrange to have documents sent to us by fax at (703) 933-7690 or email at irac.center@verizon.net. Please call us in advance to ensure timely receipt and filing of your documents. Please also keep in mind that the BIA Clerkâs office closes at 4:30 pm Eastern time. Materials should be received in our office by 3:40 pm Eastern time to ensure same day filing.
DHS trial attorneys enjoy the advantage of same day filing through the DHS appellate office located in the same office complex as the BIA. The Appellate Center helps level the playing field by offering this same opportunity to members of the private bar.
