The Immigrant & Refugee Appellate Center, LLC, is pleased to release the most recent update to the 2016 edition of the Index of Unpublished BIA Decisions, which now contains decisions issued through April 12, 2016.

Among other newly added cases, the Index now contains decisions:

• Holding that an immigration judge should have granted a continuance for the filing of a state court dependency petition necessary to pursue Special Immigrant Juvenile status

• Granting a motion to reopen to allow the respondent to pursue a provisional unlawful presence waiver (Form I-601A)

• Granting an appeal of a respondent who was ordered removed in absentia because the record did not contain evidence of removability
