Mentoring / Internships

IRAC offers internships to law school students during the summer and throughout the academic year. Working under the supervision of IRAC attorneys, interns prepare briefs and motions on behalf of immigrants and refugees who are appearing before the BIA and the U.S. Courts of Appeals. An internship with IRAC offers law students a substantive opportunity to engage in client representation, and to improve their writing, research, and analytical skills.
